| Abstract: | Докладът разглежда правната уредба на територията на Черномор
ското крайбрежие и акваторията на Черно море. Анализиран е регламента за пя
съчни дюни; мероприятия върху морските плажове; ликвидация на съоръжения,
изградени във водите на Черно море и новообразувани плажни ивици с временен ха
рактер. Целта е да се запознаят участниците в конференцията с предизвикателст
вата пред държавното управление при администрирането на крайбрежните ресур
си. Докладът е разработен въз основа на случаи от практиката на автора като
Областен управител на област Бургас. |
| Description: | The report examines the legal framework on the territory of the Black Sea coast
and the Black Sea. The regulation for sand dunes is analyzed; events on the sea beaches;
liquidation of facilities built in the waters of the Black Sea and newly formed beaches of
temporary nature. The aim is to familiarize the participants in the conference with the
challenges facing public administration in the administration of coastal resources. The
report is developed on the basis of cases from the author's practice as Regional Governor
of Burgas Region. |
