Abstract: According to theories of objective justice, the process for the annulment of administrative acts is a process, which gives an objective justice or justice to protect the public interest. In the normative administrative acts is focused the confidence of the legislator in the competence and in the right understanding of the law by the authorities that are authorized to issue them. Therefore, the production of contest normative administrative acts has important differences compared with the contest of general and individual administrative acts. It should be seen as manifestations of objective justice.
