| Abstract: | The legal aspects of exploitation and protection of the Bulgarian continental shelf in the Black Sea are addressed in the representation. The focus is on Bulgaria’s sovereign rights over the natural resources of the shelf. Legal possibilities for exploration and extraction of underground resources of the shelf, which by Constitution are exclusive state ownership, are also discussed. |
