Abstract: | The Bulgarian newspaper headlines are shaped like clauses in which
the predicate center, consisting of a subject and predicate, is extended to one
secondary part, at the most. This creates a communication imperative, i.e. the
addressees (journalists, editors) press their explicit expression that promotes a
certain point of view. This excludes the analytics and deforms the information to
pragmatic editorial purposes. |
