| Резюме: | The presented material describes the general and basic points in the process of
appealing of court rulings according to the Civil Procedure Code.
The author describes the different arts of rulings with respect to their appellation. The
requirements to the rulings, which are subject of appellation, are specified. Представеният материал описва основните моменти в процеса на обжалва-
не на съдебните определение съобразно уредбата на Гражданско процесуалния кодекс.
Описват се различните видове определения от гледна точка на тяхното обжалване.
Посочени и са изискванията към определенията, подлежащи на обжалване. |
