| Abstract: | This article has two objectives. The first is to prove that the idea of law as relation
is conceivable only in the doctrine of legal positivism and its existence is impossible in the
doctrine of natural law. The second task involves specifying the specifics of this idea in each
of the three stages of development of legal positivism. |
