Abstract

An innovative model of development of the organization implies qualitative long-term effectiveness of the whole system i. e. strategic effectiveness, what a positive effect on the growth of competitiveness of Russian enterprises in anticipation WTO accession, as well as improvements in fiscal performance. The research resulted in the Russian and international theory and practice have been identified problem areas of existing methodologies for assessing and monitoring the strategic effectiveness of organizations. New approaches to the issue were suggested correctness of which was confirmed by the positive results of testing at industrial enterprises of medium and large Russian businesses.
