| Abstract: | Статья делает сопоставление добровольного признания произхождения ребенка с другими способами установления прозхождения,
которые существовали в болгарском законодательстве в прошлом и
сегодня. Сопоставление акцентирует на различие в случаях применения этих способов. Особое место уделено сравнению с усыновлением. The article is focused on the comparison between the affiliation and
other legal means of establishing the origin of the child in the Bulgarian
past and present legislation. The different cases of application are defined.
Special attention is paid to the division between affiliation and adoption. |
