| Abstract: | Статията представя младежкото правосъдие като нова практика
в България, съобразено с изискванията на Конвенцията на ООН за правата
на детето. Разкрити са несъответствията при прилагането й в практиката с
непълнолетните деца.
The article presents a new youth justice law in Bulgaria in
compliance with the requirements of the UN Convention on the Rights of the
Child. Discrepancies were found in its application in practice with minor
children. |
