Abstract

In the modern science and practice is already well established that human capital and socio-cultural environment are the basis for the development of the people of their community and nation. The symbiosis between human capital and socio-cultural environment has a bilateral manifestation and effects - on the one hand, the socio-cultural environment will to a large extent the priority of education and investment opportunities of the individual and his family; on the other hand, the level of accumulated human capital determines the culture and social status, and they in turn determine the opportunities and needs for the purchase of one kind or another property.
