| Abstract: | The present paper is aimed at clarifying the nature of staff satisfaction and the possibility of its measurement. A model is proposed to assess the level of staff satisfaction in the trade enterprise and data from its application are presented. Based on the analysis of the obtained data, the relationship between staff satisfaction and sales volume has been investigated. Recommendations are presented for increasing staff satisfaction, the implementation of which would have a positive impact on the performance of the enterprise. |
| Description: | Настоящата статия е насочена към изясняване същността на удовлетвореността на персонала и възможностите за нейното измерване. Предложен е модел за оценка равнището на удовлетворение на персонала в търговското предприятие и са изведени резултати от неговото приложение. Въз основа на получените данни е изследвана връзката между равнището на удовлетвореност на персонала и реализирания обем продажби. Изведени са препоръки за повишаване удовлетвореността на персонала, чието изпълнение би повлияло положително върху резултатите от дейността на предприятието. |
