Abstract: | Teachers play a key role not only in terms of ensuring the quality of the educational process, but also for the retention of students in school. This justifies placing special emphasis on staff. Modern development of societies and economies outlines new challenges facing education systems: to strengthen transnational contacts, developing information technologies bring new multicultural values, rapidly changing requirements of the labor market, which requires the development of complexes of key competences. Our country represents a multiethnic and multicultural society placing it in the equivalent position on the development and promotion of Ethnopsychologycal and Ethnopedagogical models and intercultural education within the European Community. One solution to create conditions for Equal Integration of Roma and Bulgarian citizens vulnerable than other ethnic groups in social and economic life by providing intercultural competences of the teacher. |
