| Abstract: | Problems of criminal defense of rights of minors under criminal legislation of Russian Federation are analyzed in the article. Criminal responsibility for retail sail to minor spirits with administrative pre-udition and excess criminal responsibility for sexual crimes against minors are criticized in article. Notions of implicating of minors to commit crime (art. 150 CC), to commit asocial acts (art. 151 CC), to incline of inors to consume drugs or psychotropic substances and there analogs (art. 230 CC) are researched. |
