| Abstract: | This article aims to present a research demonstrating the development of the criminal legislation specifically in the field of criminal liability hold in cases of committing abduction. The scope of the research covers Bulgaria, Germany, Poland, Russian Federation, Hungary and the Czech Republic all being countries that have similar development curve by the end of the 80’s. The influence of the social factors on the development of the crimes will be also taken into account. After the collapse of the former Soviet bloc, countries from below took their own path of development, in terms of politics and economy, which has led to differentiation in the development of the negative social trends in the societies and the criminal law, governing the protection against them. . |
