| Description: | Many complex financial instruments were created in the recent decades on XX c. They found very quickly their place in the world financial markets. As a results, the paper develops a new approach to management risk and a model for hedging that is more representative of the risk activities. The present paper aims to present the requirements of the new hedge accounting and new risk management approach. The problem of risk management has been also considered |
