Представят се характеристиките на новата икономика, основана на знанието, внушава се необходимостта от управление на знанията, разглеждат се основните форми на знание и механизми на учене във фирмата. Особено внимание се отделя на проектната дейност като източник на знание, като се обосновава необходимостта от реализиране на учене чрез или в проектите и се представят възможни механизми за това |
| Description: | The paper accents upon the strategic importance of knowledge for contemporary organization and in particular – of knowledge and skills, connected with the management and execution of projects. The characteristics of the new economy, based on knowledge, are presented, the necessity of knowledge management is suggested, the basic forms of knowledge and mechanisms for learning in the firm are examined. A special attention is given to the project activity as a source of knowledge, as the necessity of realization of learning through or in projects is grounded and possible mechanisms for this are presented |
