| Abstract: | Теорията за жизнения цикъл на стопанските системи, заедно с методите на финансовия анализ дават възможност за диагностика на вътрешните проблеми на организациите.Настоящия доклад прави опит да приложи модела на жизнен цикъл на Адизес във финансовата диагностика на публични компании. Анализирана е теорията за жизнения цикъл с организационните системи. Представен е модел за диагностициране на „здравословното“ финансово състояние на публични компании. Диагностицирано е “здравословното” състояние на компаниите от индекса SOFIX и е определена фазата от жизнения цикъл, в който се намира всяка една от тях. |
| Description: | The theory of the life cycle of economic systems, along with the methods of financial analysis allow us to diagnose internal problems of organizations. This report attempts to apply a life cycle model of Adizes to financial diagnostics of public companies . Analyzed is the theory of life-cycle organizational systems. Presented is a model for the diagnosis of „healthy” financial condition of public companies. Diagnosed is a „ healthy „ state of the companies in the index SOFIX and defined is the phase of the life cycle of the companies. |
